We have done a full overhaul of our aging BBQs. Come check out our three new Santa Maria-style BBQs. 

The pool is open a month longer and will be heated from April through October.

We have two pickleball courts that are ready for your next pickleball showdown. bring a game or join our pickleball neighborhood league.

Membership grants you access to all the amenities behind the gate. We are continually updating our service offerings and look forward to having you join us. 

Our basketball court is ready for your next pick up game or just a place to gather and practice your skills. 

Belwood First Fridays is our standing monthly evening opportunity to get together with your neighbors. We rotate the activities so depending on the evening, you will have an open mic, trivia night, or whatever attendees suggest. Come join us for the fun.

This yoga class is offered free of charge with no sign up is needed, just show up! Join us for a zen moment with other members.

This low impact water fitness class provides a cardiovascular workout. It strengthens and conditions your body without stress to muscles and joints. It is a great way to add variety and fun to your workout.

 Bring the whole gang down to the Cabana for a night of entertainment. You can picnic, play a little bingo, win some prizes and enjoy the weather with your neighbors.

 Bring your Pop-up, snacks, and sunscreen for a fun day of games and events for all.  We’ll have our Cotton Candy and Popcorn, and the coals will be fired up on the grills so you can BBQ your food. We’ll also have traditional activities such as a Bounce House, Water Balloon toss, and Pie Eating contest, and will be adding some fun new games.

 Calling all ghouls and goblins! Dust off your costumes—the Belwood Halloween party is coming your way with frightful Halloween fun. Enjoy Halloween themed games, crafts and a photo booth.
