New Accounting Service Provider: Common Interest

Effective August 1, 2025, Common Interest Management Services will assume responsibility for the financial management of Belwood of Los Gatos Homes Association. 

Please refer to your email on file with Belwood HOA for detailed information regarding this transition, including the attached welcome letter.

As part of this change, you'll need to update your payment method for HOA assessments. Please refer to page 3 of the Welcome Letter for the new payment options.

The Welcome Letter also includes your new Account Number and Portal Registration Key for the Association’s new Homeowner Portal, which will become active on August 1, 2025.

The best way to receive timely assistance with any Accounting-related inquiries is by submitting your requests through the Association’s Homeowner Portal at https://portal.commoninterest.com.

Alternatively, you can submit requests by emailing customerservice@commoninterest.com or for accounting questions, accounting@commoninterest.com.
