2023 Payment Changes

Important: Mailing instructions for your assessment payment have changed! Your Board of Directors has recently selected HOA Accounting Services, Inc. to take over the assessment billing responsibilities starting March 1, 2023.

Assessment Billing Changes:

Going forward, statements will be sent out a week before your annual billing date. Any previous balances or credits will be loaded to your account later this month and notices will be sent to any homeowners with a balance.

Online Account Access & Automatic Payments:

During the first week of March, all homeowners with emails on file received an email blast with login instructions to use the new online portal. Access can also be obtained by entering information at portal.hoa-accounting.com. Following access to the new portal, homeowners can set up one time payment arrangements, recurring arrangements and more. By selecting auto pay, you can save on paper mailings for statements and have your autopay automatically updated any time the Association makes any changes to assessments.

For those owners who use on-line banking bill pay for their assessment payment, please be sure to update your on-line payment set-up information to reflect your new association account number and the new payment mailing address to

New Web Portal Registration

You should have received an email with your personal information, similar to below.  Your Account number and registration key are unique to you, and are found in that email. If you did not receive this email (and you checked your spam folder), please email or call as listed above.

Your New Account Number:  (UNIQUE)

REGISTER ON THE WEB PORTAL

     Go to https://portal.hoa-accounting.com/

     Click “Sign Up”

     Enter your Email, Name & Phone

     Enter your account number: (UNIQUE)

     Type in the Password you Want to Use

     Enter your registration key: (UNIQUE)

     Click on “Sign Up”

HOA Accounting Services is pleased to offer enhanced payment processing options online through the web portal. Homeowners can click on “Make a Payment” when logged into their account and select from the payment options provided.

Auto-Draft: 

After clicking Auto Draft, click on Enroll to set up FREE automatic payments from your checking account. Please note you will be debited on or around the 10th of each month for the balance on the account. Please only enroll after you have confirmed your balance is accurate. Changes must be made by the 8th of the month to go into effect the same month. If there are any changes to your regular assessments, we will make the adjustment to your payments. Lastly, owners enrolled in Auto-Draft will no longer receive Annual statements. Instead, they are available on the online portal under your Billing section.

Other Options: 

You will be redirected to Alliance Bank's payment site for one-time or recurring payments using a debit or credit card. Bank convenience fees do apply and will be disclosed prior to payment. You will be responsible for editing the recurring payment amount, should the amount due change.

eCheck: 

You will be redirected to Alliance Bank's payment site for one-time or recurring payments using your checking or savings account. There is no fee for this option. You will be responsible for editing the recurring payment amount, should the amount due change.

The Management ID needed for bank payments is 7533 and the Association ID is the first 3 numbers in your account number (should you choose a payment option through Alliance Bank).
