Board of Directors - Belwood of Los Gatos Homes Association

In 2023, Debbie served as vice president on the board. We are excited that she has returned this year as president of our Homeowners Association 

Tim and his family moved to the neighborhood in 2012. He believes that the cabana should be a resource for all of us and serves to increase our time spent in this unique shared space.

In 2023, Dan also served as Secretary. We are excited that he has returned this year to our Homeowners Association 

The Lees moved to Belwood in 2019, and have loved being part of this community ever since. His two boys swim with the Belwood Dolphins, which has been such a fun way to connect with neighbors and make lasting memories. Rich joined the HOA Board in 2025 and is excited to give back and help support the community that has been such a wonderful place for his family.

 Erica and her family have called Belwood home since 2016. When she's not out walking her dog Willis, you'll find her cheering on her Belwood Dolphin swimmers and she also serves as Secretary for the Belwood Swim Team. She's looking forward to learning more about the board and supporting the wonderful community we have here!

Lloyd has served many roles over the years in support of the Belwood Homes HOA. We are happy to have Lloyd back this year as a board member.

Tom Sandoval has lived in Belwood for 28 years. He and his wife Jackie have 3 grown sons who all swam for the Belwood Dolphins. Tom is semi retired from the semiconductor industry. You can

usually catch him walking his dog Layla in the neighborhood.
